Welcome to AIMee (“AIMee”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIMee mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AIMee, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. AI System Disclosure

AIMee is an AI system. It is not a human being and does not possess consciousness, emotions, or independent intent.

All responses are algorithmically generated and may be:

• Factually inaccurate
• Incomplete
• Contextually inappropriate
• Fictional

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always reflect reality.

4. No Medical, Psychological, or Professional Advice

AIMee does not provide:

• Mental health therapy
• Psychological counseling
• Legal advice
• Financial advice

The Service is not a substitute for licensed professional services.

5. AI Companion & Relationship Simulation Disclaimer

AIMee may simulate conversational intimacy, companionship, emotional bonding, or relationship-like dynamics.

You expressly acknowledge:

• The relationship is simulated and fictional.
• No real emotional reciprocity exists.
• No legal, contractual, or personal relationship is formed.
• The AI does not replace real-world human relationships.

AIMee is not responsible for emotional reliance, attachment, or behavioral decisions influenced by simulated interactions.

6. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Not impersonate others
• Not misuse or exploit the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require paid subscription.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
• Billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Refunds are subject to platform policies.

AIMee does not control third-party billing systems.

8. User Content & License

You retain ownership of your messages and content.

By using AIMee, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Train and refine models (in anonymized form)

You agree not to submit content that is:

• Harassing or abusive
• Hate speech
• Sexually exploitative of minors
